Get out of bed: There may be low-cost mental health clinic near you: see http://findahealthcenter.Hrsa.Gov/search_hcc.Aspx and no matter what, get out of bed every day and exercise in some way. Can be walking, yard work, running, whatever you can do. Get yourself on a schedule of looking for work, or volunteering, etc. Stay away from alcohol and other intoxicants. Connect with friends; take care of pets.
