Achilles tendon: Depending on the surgery, it can be minimal incision with percutaneous topaz ablation or traditional open procedure or endoscopic fasciotomies. All have short recovery times and usually you'll be in a splint/cast for 4 weeks (takes 4 weeks for tendons to heal). Very low risk to known complications. Hope the best for you and good luck!
