I have perioral dermatitis and i think it was because of the steroid cream that the doctor prescribed me. it is stinging pretty badly, does mupirocin work at all topically for perioral dermatitis?

Maybe: I usually use something else but it would be a reasonable thing to try.

Multivitamin: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. just in case the rash is due to vitamin deficiency, you should take multivitamin supplements. It will not do any harm and may be helpful. Wish you good health!
