What is the difference between endoscopic ptsosis surgery and surgery that cuts out the eyelid hooding tissue? which one is least invasive?

This sounds bogus!: There is a difference between eyelid ptosis and excess eyelid skin. Some patients have both. An endoscope is neither needed nor an advantage--this is straightforward blepharoplasty with ptosis repair if needed. Any abps-certified plastic surgeon can do skillful blepharoplasty; most do ptosis repairs also. Ophthalmologists do ptosis repairs, but may have less cosmetic skills with blepharoplasty.
