I had endoscopic sinus surgery. how long do i have to wait before i start doing weights?

My patients 10 days: All doctors have different answers to this question. In my patients who have uncomplicated sinus surgery i let them lift weights and perform heavy physical activity 10 days postoperatively. You should, however, check with your doctor.
