No: Typically ptosis repair surgery does not make any changes to the position of the forehead.

Not really: The main effect of ptosis correction surgery is usually limited to only the effected eyelids. However, if you tend to constantly hold up your brow to compensate for lower eyelids, correction of the ptosis will allow you to relax those forehead muscles since you will no longer need to do that.
