Brow : Brow lift surgeon results should make it such that you will always look better than you did before surgery. The surgery allows the brow skin to adhere in its new lifted location which is quite durable. You do continue to age, of course. Brow lift surgery is not one that is commonly repeated down the road.

Browlift: A browlift lasts many years. You will continue to age in terms of changes in your skin and underlying tissues. However, restoring the brow position rejuvenates around the eyes.

Years: I honestly think that the most natural way to rejuvenate and refresh the eye area is to lift the brow. I have been achieving great results with the brow lift for drooping upper eyelids for nearly a decade now. The results should last for years and it is not likely that the upper eye lid hooding will become worse than before following surgery. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon.

Most : Most surgical procedures for brow lifting last forever. I say most because in the case of endoscopic brow lifts where a device is used to raise the brow there is a small but real risk of the device failing. However, most successful procedures will last forever... With this said, we all continue aging at a predetermined rate and eventually you may have some recurrence of the drooping that made you seek rejuvenation in the first place... Hope this helps! -bwc.

Long: Endoscopic brow lift is an excellent procedure with long lasting results. It should last 10 years or longer at the minimum.

Long time: There are many brow lift techniques and when done properly, are very effective. If you have sagging eyelids, you may also need an eyelid lift as well as the brow lift. They can be complementary and enhance the overall result. Each one has its own limitation as how much lift is obtained. That is why it is not uncommon to combine them.
