Not emergency: Unless you are having trouble breathing, the rash can wait until tomorrow when doctor's offices are open. Is likely a viral exanthema, a fancy doctor word from a rash you get with a viral infection. So you could go sit for hours in an er for them to tell you there is nothing for you to do with the rash except wait for it to go away. If itchy, you can use some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tonight and lots of fluids!
