Have child seen!: All of these symptoms are very concerning for a serious problem. Fevers, rash, joint pain and swelling sound like a systemic inflammatory condition such as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. However other things such as certain infections, allergies or exposures can cause these problems. Please be sure this child sees a physician right now to explore the history, exam and do right diagnostic studies.

See a pediatrician: And do this immediately. Among other things, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, a very serious condition must be considered. Paracetamol is an analgesic (relieves pain) readily available in the uk. It has no anti-inflammatory effects. Please have this boy seen by a pediatrician with possible referral to a pediatric rheumatologist. Do this soon.

Need to see a doc: A fever that has lasted a month and persistent rash is serious. He should be taken to see a pediatrician or infectious disease specialist.

Dx ?: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
