Autoimmune disease: Unfortunately, you have a complex situation and something that is tricky to diagnose. It sounds like you have been to several doctors already. It sounds like you need a dermatologist to see you and do a skin biopsy, immunologist work up or rheumatologist . It could be a rare infection, but more likely autoimmune at this point.
