Many: All the other ssri's in addition to sertraline can help ocd; also Anafranil (clomipramine) (a tricyclic). The dose required for ocd is often higher than that required for depression, and i don't know your sertraline dose. If not working with a psychiatrist, please consider doing so because s/he will have more experience dealing with complex or severe ocd than most primary care physicians.
