Heroin bad by itself: Your probably not going to experience any bad interaction of the two, BUT... heroin is bad for you for so many reasons. Drugs like heroin can kill you, addict you, and are so powerful that they can (with repeated use) cause severe problems with mood/anxiety. Heroin will likely negate any benefits from the sertraline that you were getting. See a doctor to get help with stopping heroin
