What can i take for menopause with out taking hrt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several options: There are several things to try. Anti-depresssants have worked for many women (ssri's like Celexa (citalopram) or wellbutrin). Clonidine affects the blood vessels and can help hot flushes, especially at night. Gabapentin has also been used pretty successfully. All treatments (including doing nothing) have risks and benefits so talk to your doctor about your particular risks.
