See PCP: How long have they been there? Any discomfort? Can you brush the back of your tongue and it goes away? It could be yeast. See pcp for further test.

Any pain/discomfort.: You don't say if you're having pain or discomfort from this. If you're having pain then this could be another type of infection, including thrush. If it's not painful, it could simply be a coated tongue that needs cleaning. Consult your dentist or an ENT to resolve the issue.
