Fungal Infection: Have white spots on tonsils for 2 months. Been on clindamycin and amoxicillin. Spots go away then come back. Strep neg and normal throat culture. Have you had labs done? Diabetes is in the differential as fungal overgrowth due to high sugar levels.Could also be fungal infection due to side effect of the antibiotic use. Need more information and conversation.
