Sounds like a : Good possibility. At this point, your options are limited, but show it to orthopedic surgeon. He might be able to help you with corrective surgery even at this late stage.

Ankle lig. Tear: An MRI of the ankle will determine if you tore the ankle ligament if completely torn then a foot and ankle orthopedist consult is necessary.
