Day 3: msm 1000mg for torn ankle ligament on own. doc said surgery. take fish oil 2000mg, vit c 500mg. now period longer. 8d, normal 5d. msm related?

MSM 1000mg: is a low dose if taken daily. There are some patients that notice a change in their menstruation cycles when taking this...usually it is a skipped period or a lighter one. Fish oil, Vit C and MSM are all excellent supplements to take as long as they don't interact with any other meds you may be on. With any ankle surgery I typically have my patients taking similar dosing before and after!
