Facebook Addiction: Addiction to facebook is similar to other addictions in that you know it is not healthy for you but you have trouble resisting the urge to log on. Ask for support from friends, family as this will be difficult to accomplish alone. Have alternative activities to take your mind of the urge, like jogging, walking, any physical exercise. Commit to spending one hour less each day on, keep a journal.
