Go to the Doctor: Please go to the doctor. Or get to your psychiatrist. If you are cutting and not sleeping then you most likely need to be medicated.

Facebook Addiction: Addiction to facebook is similar to other addictions in that you know it is not healthy for you but you have trouble resisting the urge to log on. Ask for support from friends, family as this will be difficult to accomplish alone. Have alternative activities to take your mind of the urge, like jogging, walking, any physical exercise. Commit to spending one hour less each day on, keep a journal.

You need a life :-): Go see your friends in person, do things with them, get rid of your facebook account. If things are that bad, seeing a psychologist may help.

Self-cutting: No matter what the reason, self-cutting is a sign that things have gotten completely out of balance with you. You need to see a doctor about your internet addiction. An addiction medicine doctor may be able to help you. http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/news/20130226/internet-addiction-hard-kick-drugs.

Facebook distraction: It sounds like you use facebook to distract you from life and possibly to prevent yourself from feeling empty or being bored. If you have not received dialectical behavioral therapy - you might really benefit from it
