Calories: U really need a healthy diet that has fewer carbohydrates and fats and increased reliance on vegetables to lose weight effectively. Jogging and swimming can burn between 100 cal a mile to five or 600 cal an hour when swimming. 3500 cal is equal to 1 pound of fat so you can see it takes a lot of exercise. You need to work on diet as well.

What else?: I'm sure it's frustrating for you. But, are you using any medications or possibly some kind of agents to bulk you up? Some of these could conceivably increase your weight and interfere with sleep? I agree with dr. Harris about the need for careful diet in your plan also.
