12-Step Program: From what i've read, this is similar to other addictions and the 12-step approach might be among the most effective strategy. Talk therapy aimed at thinking rationally might help, so might hypnotherapy that might develop negative associations to thinking about the object of your limerence. Another thing that occurs to me is finding quality relationships - platonic or more romantic to enjoy.

Limerence: Is an obsessive, overwhelming need to have one's romantic feelings reciprocated. Some have likened this to ocd; it may also be like an addiction. However, sex is not usually the main motivator -- it's more about the personal qualities seen in (or projected upon) the desired object. Working in psychotherapy may help a great deal, and would be very natural. Supplements aren't likely to cure it.
