See below: The question is why you have a hemarthrosis or bloody fluid in your knee joint. You have not mentioned whether you on are on blood thinners or not. Recurrent bleeding in a knee joint can accelerate the development of oa. You need to see an ortho and get this under control before you have synvisc (hylan g-f 20).
