No limit for now: There is no established limit to its use, as long as it continues to work. In those where it does work, it has been successful is delaying (but not preventing) the need for surgery.

No limit: There is no limit to the number of injections. What usually stops the injections is that either the person feels better without them or the injections no longer help.
