Plant based foods: Learning to change a lifestyle will provide short and long term results. Eat 500 calories less/day to lose one pound per week. Be plant based with plant proteins beans, legumes, avocados, tofu and moderate nuts. Plants do not have as many calories and u can eat more eat one 550 calorie meal and multiple small snacks 150-200 cal every 3 hours. Drink lots of water.
