I accidentally took my coumadin (warfarin) pill 15 hours apart instead of 24 hours. what should i do and does it affect me in a negative way?

Resume regular sched: Most likely this is not a problem if you have been well controlled. I would take your next pill at the regular time and get back on your regular schedule. If any concerns such as bleeding or bruising get yout pt and inr tested.
