Please don't : I understand Coumadin (warfarin) is a hassle & extra bruising is not glamorous, however, you are on it for a reason (stroke prevention most commonly). The last 2 patients i had stop Coumadin (warfarin) in favor of nattokinase had strokes. Want an alternative to coumadin (warfarin)? Talk to your md about Pradaxa or xarelto.
