Likely nothing: Your inr may rize a smidgen but then stabilize do not take another until the next day get your inr checked in a day or two.

Higher INR: Your protime/inr will likely go higher for the next day or 2. Let your doc know about the extra dose, and he may recommend an inr check, or simply holding a dose. This will depend on your previous baseline and why you are on coumadin (warfarin).
