My recent bloods test are ferritin 30 ug/l folate (folic acid) 3.9ug/l b12 545 ng/l neutrophils 8.150/l wbc 11.78 9/l hb 134 g/l mpv 7.0fl are they normal?

Ask your lab or MD: There is usually a within normal limits for the lab that you had them run by. You should go off of that. Also, a physician should discuss them with you and what to do about them if they are abnormal. Nothing is glaringly wrong if that helps.
