My recent blood tests showed a folate level of 4.5. i have been prescribed folic acid. what does a level of 4.5 mean? i am b12 & vitamin d deficient

Wrong vitamin: You should be taking methylfolate instead of folic acid. Also take methylcobalamin and vitamin D3.
