Are elevated b12 and folate (folic acid) levels a problem? my most recent blood work showed these both to be high...any danger?

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual values of the results. In general high values for folate and B12 are not a problem.
