Sleep study: Sounds like you need a formal sleep study. If this has progressed to the point you are feeling exhausted in the morning, you need to get to the bottom of this. Why is your body making you flip and turn so much that you are awakening? A formal sleep study is going to be the only way to get the answer to this, then you can talk about what to do about it.
