Alternative: You don't specify what type of tachycardia you've experienced. Even though you're on a low dose of beta blocker, I feel your fatigue is caused by bilocor. The other 2 medications are alpha blockers and are less likely to cause fatigue. Verapamil or diltiazem are calcium channel blockers used to treat supraventricular arrythmias and are less likely to cause fatigue. Discuss with your prescribing MD
