Exhausted: Set up a quiet hour before bedtime. Stop all electronic devices. Listen to soft music, take a warm bath and drink a warm glass of milk. Get to bed at the same time every night.

Not enough info: What medicines are you taking to treat the migraines? Some of them could be sedating. Also, consider a more extensive evaluation that would include a thyroid profile, CBC and metabolic panel as well as vitamin d and B12 levels. If all tests are/ were normal, perhaps the dose of medicine is not high enough. Please discuss your lack of response with your doctor.

Sleep Study: Jenn: a sleep study may be the next best diagnostic study for you. If you are having any form of sleep apnea or restless sleep, they may both contribute to daytime sleepiness. Dr. Shams.

Exhausted: First recommendation - have a formal evaluation about your sleep. You might be exhausted because it is not restorative. This can also be a manifestation of depression and a stimulant is not always helpful in that setting. If evaluation leads to repeated recommendation for stimulant, then evaluate if dose and type best for you.
