falling asleep takes hours, i can't wake up in the mornings & exhausted in the mornings despite natural supplements & advised sleep hygiene methods, could sleeping tablets be a solution? i'm not tired at night but dead in the mornings every day.

Fatigue: Stress, endocrine problem might need to be addressed. Also, how is your exercise or activity level? A pill can provide short term relief, but at 27 I would still look for a better solution.
