Very complicated: This is a whole lot of trouble. Regurgitation may explain pulmonary artery hypertension. Valve repair may be useful. Brain lesions are a different problem - you need a neurologist. Muscle pain may need rheumatologist. Upper airway edema may need allergologist. Make sure you have insurance. This is clearly complicated and docs are needed to fix it.
