Impossible to say: It is impossible to say since the diagnosis of fibromyalgia depends on a complete history and physical exam. Remember, fibromyalgia is a not uncommon component of connective tissue disorders. The ANA and SSA can be positive in normals. If you are concerned, get a 2nd opinion.

I do a blood test the result is: ANA positive, C3 low, Anti RO52 188+++ strong positive, AMA M2 17+ positive and Co control 161+++ strong positive. what does this result mean? I have strong lower back pain, dry eyes, and mouth, fingers joints pain?
