Impossible to say: It is impossible to say since the diagnosis of fibromyalgia depends on a complete history and physical exam. Remember, fibromyalgia is a not uncommon component of connective tissue disorders. The ANA and SSA can be positive in normals. If you are concerned, get a 2nd opinion.
