What is the very best way to clean my self on period at school?

You can carry: Some moist towellets in your purse for clean ups. Always carry extra tampons or sanitary pads. If you have especially heavy periods - consider keeping an extra pair of underwear in your gym locker. If you have an accident and aren't prepared, the school nurse will often have extra supplies. Adjusting to this new change in life can be challenging. Take care.
