after coming home from school for break i got my period a week early. i am usually fairly regular. is this a cause for concern?

Menses: Many things can affect the timing of your menses. Normal cycles are between 21 and 32 days. Things like illness, stress, changes in sleep habits, etc. can alter the timing. Keeping a menstrual calendar would be of help here.
