Its possible: Body gets used to it and it almost becomes a routine. There is no set rule that you have to go every day or every other day. As long as u are comfortable without any abdominal disscomfort or distention its ok. I do recommend to all my pts to take fiber on a daily basis. It keeps you regular and helps with hemorrhoids and diverticulosis in addition to other diseaaes.
