Return to the ER: The fact that your are having horrible abdominal pain with radiological evidence of severe constipation is concerning. I will recommend going back to the ER for a stronger medication to clean you out. Then it is important to find out why you are experiencing the constipation. If you have a primary care doctor you can also opt to going to the office or calling for alternative medications.
