Gassy: Constipation and bloating may or may not be related to constant back pain. Drinking adequate fluids and eating sufficient fiber or taking fiber supplements like Metamucil and exercise create regular bm's. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas buildup. See your MD to check into the cause and treatment of your back pain.
