More info needed: Pain in the fingers can have several causes. Important questions are where in the fingers is the pain, when is it worse and how long does it last. It would also help to know something about the quality of the pain, what makes it worse or better and whether other symptoms exist. Possible causes include osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and tendonitis.
