Get a physcial: Bilateral arm/hand pain can ocurr from underlying metabolic disease such as paraprotein disorders, diabetes, or from nerve compression, of the nerve roots or in the spinal canal. The only way to determine the cuase is to get a physical exam.

CTS?: Do you work long hours on Computers? sometimes using ergonomic Mouse and Chair will hel. If toy are doing repeated work involving Left arm, can develop similar symptoms. Get good Musculoskeletal exam by your PCP for proper Diagnosis and Rx. Most likely trial of NSAID and PT will hel.
