It's possible: If "really happy" means staying up for a few nights, spending lots of money, engaging in high risk behaviors, having racing thoughts, and grandiose plans, then, yes. If really happy means relieved that the depression has decreased and now the person can experience some joy in life then maybe not. The details matter here.
