All Sugars Are Bad: There is no proof that sugars from fruits like fructose are much better than regular table sugar. Brown sugar, white sugar, "raw" sugar are all the same, avoid them. Whole fresh fruits--berries, apples, peaches pears, oranges have lots of fiber which causes slow absorption of the sugars and are great.
