Confusing question: If you are describing a condition where the cord wrapped around the neck, that is quite common.I've had healthy newborns with 5 wraps and some with true knots.At about 12 wks the fluid to baby ratio is high and they move a lot.It can cause cord wraps around the neck or other body parts.It the wrap is loose, pregnancy continues, if it gets too tight, blood flow stops and baby can perish.
