My almost 6 year old is complaining of burning in her throat. something coming up. she had reflux as an infant. could this be reflux and shat can i do?

Probably is reflux.: Your doctor can prescribe some liquid or rapidly dissolving Prevacid (lansoprazole) which may help. An ENT doctor can also look and confirm that the burning is from acid reflux, but there are medicines that can help.
