could you tell me what's the best way to reduce swelling and bruising after wisdom teeth removal?

Dr. Daniel Quon

Ice and Rest: Icepacks applied to the face immediately following surgery will help reduce the swelling. On the days following surgery, moist heat packs applied to the face will help decrease the swelling and muscle soreness. Eating fresh pineapple and papaya are foods that have been reported to help reduce bruising.
