Other ways better: There are better and safer to whiten your teeth than hydrogen peroxide. Over the counter products like crest white strips can be effective.

Yes, but diluted: Safe to use 3% (over the counter) hydrogen peroxide + 2 parts water. Use twice daily after brushing every day for whiter teeth (in about 4-6 weeks) and healthier gums!

Yes: Hydrogen peroxide is deemed safe by american dental association to bleach teeth however, it might not be the best way or fastest way.
