Doesn't work: If otc 3% hydrogen peroxide were effective in whitening teeth, there would be absolutely no need for crest whitening strips, or any other products, both drug store bought or professionally dispensed. You will have to spend a little money on whitening products to look better... Save the peroxide to cleanse wounds.

Will not work: For teeth to whiten, two points must be addressed: 1) the strength of the peroxide must be high enough to work 2) the contact time of the peroxide needs to be sufficient (therefore peroxide gel in custom trays works the best). Rinsing will never provide long enough contact time. See your dentist or try crest whitestrips.

Yes, but Use strips: The basic active ingredient in all teeth bleaching is hydrogen peroxide, but rinsing with otc liquid will take you a very long time to achieve any results. I'd suggest you try any of the over the counter bleaching strips or trays. The hydrogen peroxide is more concentrated and you'll see results much faster.

NO!: Hydrogen peroxide 'rinse' does a nice job of weakening the lining of the mouth. Whitening teeth requires isolated contact of peroxide on the teeth. Use otc products like white strips etc.. Or consult with a dentist.

Hydrogen Whitening: Waste of time and money to use peroxide. Better to see a dentist or get the whitening streeps, cost much less but takes longer, besides the final results won't be that good..
