No: It is a different procedure and not automatically included with the fee for the orthodontics.

No ... but: Most will provide whitening services (we do). Often much cheaper than dental solutions as we use your retainer as a whitening tray.

No: Each orthodontist is different. It depends on your retainer and i would discuss this with your orthodontist and dentist prior to treatment.

Not automatic: Although many orthodontists offer tooth whitening as part of their services, there are many orthodontists that recommend that their patients undergo bleaching with their primary care dentist. It is therefore dependent upon the practice, and is not an automatically administered treatment.

Not really: Some Orthodontists offer whitening, but that's not really Orthodontic Treatment, just as fillings, crowns, veneers, etc, are not Orthodontic Treatment. It's actually a Cosmetic Restorative Procedure best done by your General Dentist or Prosthodontist. Just as it isn't wise to have your Orthodontics done by a non-Orthodontist, it isn't wise for an Orthodontist to do non-Orthodontic procedures.
